Error Messages
'Runtime Error 429: Active X component can't create object'
This occurs when the original Wavefinder Software has not been installed, or has become damaged. EITHER re-install the original Wavefinder Software, or try the following:
- Click on the Start Button, and choose 'Run'.
- Type in the following:- regsvr32 c:\program files\wavefinder\viadabreceiver.dll
- You should see a box which says 'DLL Registerserver in viadabreceiver.dll succeeded'. Click OK.
(If you have installed the Wavefinder software in a different directory to the above, substitute as appropriate)

Runtime Error 13 - File Type Mismatch
If you get this error when starting DABexplorer, ensure that your Wavefinder Software is still completely installed and up-to-date.
